THIS STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES have been formulated to guide the planning and decision making for fiscal, personnel/staffing, administrative, and programmatic areas in the College for the next five years so as to ensure its sustainability and growth. The MONG`ARE COLLEGE plan is aligned with the strategic plans of current critical and emerging priorities in higher education and the human resources demand in the market in relation to the minimum qualifications needed for employment.
